  We overnight directly from this Hawaiian supplier to ensure the freshest of fish. Today's available catches are Hawaiian Sunfish and Hawaiian Mero Seabass. Hawaiian Sunfish is farm raised on Oahu and is a cross of tilapia and freshwater perch. (19.95)  Mero Seabass is very mild and flaky, similar to Chilean Seabass, but from the pristine waters of Hawaii.  (28.50)
